Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Information Architect to lead scientific data organization across pre-clinical discovery and manufacturing.

You will design ontologies, data models, and controls to improve data quality and usability, adopt BAO, and align data practices with GMP. Hybrid work with approximately 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, CS, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• 5+ years in biopharma data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ontologies, semantic web technologies (RDF, OWL, SPARQL), knowledge graphs, and data modeling tools.
• Deep understanding of preclinical workflows, GxP data, and lab data systems (LIMS, ELN, CDS).
