The Associate Director, Human Resources (individual contributor) is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership for the Strategic Solutions Engineering organization. Currently over 1,700 employees and growing for this organization with principal locations in Dallas, TX and Marlborough, MA. In this role, you will build talent strategies, drive organizational health and support a positive work culture and deploy organizational effectiveness tools that attract, engage, and retain our talent in a growing business.
What You Will Do:
Effectively partner with client groups in a complex matrix and fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities and engaging appropriate stakeholders.
Ability to influence others in driving win / win solutions.
Experience selecting and onboarding key critical leadership roles in the organization.
Ensure proper staffing levels, infuse talent into the organization and improve bench strength. Proactively strengthen the talent acquisition strategy.
Partner with business leaders to meet organizational objectives, including talent management, organization development (change management, leader effectiveness, succession planning)
Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and the People Services organization to implement program strategies to support the long-term business goals and objectives of the organization.
Partner, advise and coach leaders and employees in order to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness
Counsel employees and leaders on performance development, career planning, talent development and other topics.
Drive the coordination and completion of talent reviews, associated talent calibration activities and associated action plans within their client group.
Lead HR core processes: performance management, change management, succession planning, staffing, employee relations, salary planning, and incentive compensation.
Deliver compensation, organizational design and strategies for workforce planning, deployment, and retention to address the current and future needs of the business.
Participates and collaborates as an integral part of the Mission Systems HR team.
Participates in and promotes a collaborative team environment by working with the HR organization and other organizations.
Travel 10-20%
What You Will Learn:
Organizational Development: Drive culture change, engagement strategies, and workforce planning to align with business needs. Leverage continuous improvement tools to partner with our business leaders on driving organizational efficiencies / productivity.

Leadership Development: Coach and develop plant leaders to improve their people management skills and build a stronger leadership pipeline.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
5+ years of relevant HR experience in a business partner or generalist role
Qualifications We Prefer:
This position will be located in Richardson, TX; candidate must be local to the site or relocate on their own. Relocation assistance is not supported for this role.
Experience supporting a large scale organization of 500+ employees as an HRBP
Experience working/supporting in a cleared environment
Experience working in a complex matrix environment
Experience working with senior leadership to communicate and implement HR programs to support the business goals and drive organizational change
Experience analyzing and using data and reporting to drive decisions and influence business leaders
Understanding of how to link HR initiatives to business objectives
Active Secret clearance
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage stakeholders at all levels
BA/BS in business, human resources or related area of study MA/MS/MBA

The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
