Job Description Summary:

The Associate Director of Contract Strategy and Operations manages operational aspects of Market Access contract strategies, ensuring efficient pricing policy execution, contract lifecycle management, compliance, and revenue optimization. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to support the strategic goals of the US market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operational Management: Assist in managing daily operations of pricing and contract functions; facilitate execution of pricing strategies; manage contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal.
  2. Contract Management: Support contract drafting, review, and compliance; maintain a contract management system; support pricing implementation; analyze pricing effectiveness and market trends.
  3. Process Development and Improvement: Develop standardized processes; implement improvements; leverage technology and data analytics; develop US SOP for pricing and contracting.
  4. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to laws and regulations; develop policies to mitigate risks; manage risks related to government pricing programs.
  5. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct financial analyses; prepare reports; provide insights for strategic decisions.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Market Access teams for alignment.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external stakeholders; manage vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred), with 8+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare pricing, contracting, or operations. Proven success in negotiations, strategic pricing, and compliance. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in contract management software and financial analysis tools. Deep regulatory knowledge.

Expected Base Salary Range: $160,700 - $193,000. Compensation depends on experience and internal equity. Additional incentives and benefits apply.
