Job summary

C&K Market Inc. in Talent, Oregon is seeking a Store Manager to oversee all store operations, supervise department managers, and drive exceptional customer service and profitability.

The role reports to the Store Manager; duties include budgeting, scheduling, compliance, training, and ensuring safety standards across the store. The successful candidate will lead staffing, performance management, and daily execution of merchandising and OPS to meet company targets.

Job Summary

Assists the Store Manager in overseeing total store operations, supervising department managers, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in grocery retail required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand/walk for extended periods.
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Work in varied temperature environments.
