Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the HR manager with daily tasks.
  2. Prepare reports, manage contracts, notifications, and related documentation.
  3. Maintain constant communication and provide updates to team leaders and supervisors.
  4. Support recruitment activities and liaise with recruiters.
  5. Ensure excellent communication skills in English.

- Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources and Recruiting.

- Business hours: 9 AM - 5 PM (Costa Rica Time).

- This is a remote position; candidates must have their own tools (USB headsets, landline connection, computer/laptop).
