Numotion in Lafayette, LA is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) to assess, recommend, and provide CRT equipment to help clients maximize independence and quality of life. You will work closely with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to tailor mobility solutions.

The role demands a clinical understanding of conditions affecting mobility, strong problem-solving, and efficient care coordination from evaluation through delivery, training, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Valid ATP certification.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of compliant billing processes (Medicare/Medicaid).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mobility needs and goals based on therapist and physician input.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions aligned with patient needs.
• Manage procurement from specification through delivery.
• Deliver training and education to clients, families, and caregivers on equipment use.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions in a timely manner.
• Attain and report on annual sales goals and opportunities.
• Keep certifications and licenses current to ensure compliance.
