Job summary

Numotion Lafayette seeks an Assistive Technology Professional to evaluate, recommend, and fit customized Complex Rehabilitation Technology for clients to maximize independence. You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to ensure optimal equipment and outcomes.

The role requires ATP certification, a relevant degree, and strong clinical knowledge of mobility devices and funding processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• ATP certification required.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving for CRT recommendations.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ needs and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop plan of care.
• Recommend CRT equipment and interventions based on client needs.
• Manage procurement from specification to delivery.
• Provide training on equipment use to clients and caregivers.
• Document client interactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain certifications and licenses and stay within funding requirements.
