Job summary

Numotion is seeking an Assistive Technology Professional to evaluate, recommend, and provide customized CRT for clients. You will work with clients, families, therapists, and physicians to maximize independence and quality of life through equipment selection and fitting.

The role requires clinical knowledge of mobility devices, strong teamwork, and the ability to manage procurement, training, and documentation while meeting annual sales goals and maintaining certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Valid Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, interpersonal and problem-solving skills for CRT equipment recommendations.
• Knowledge of compliant billing processes for rehab/assistive technology equipment (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid).
• Must have valid Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs, functional limitations, and mobility goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized plans of care.
• Recommend appropriate CRT equipment and interventions based on client goals.
• Manage procurement from specifications to delivery.
• Deliver and fit equipment and provide training on safe use and maintenance.
• Complete and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions.
