Job summary

Stretch Zone in San Antonio, TX, seeks a part-time team member to deliver assisted stretching sessions and stellar customer service. You will develop personalized stretch programs, track progress, and educate members on memberships while maintaining a clean studio.

The role requires working Monday–Friday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with training and advancement opportunities provided. Competitive pay includes premium stretch rates and commissions.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable delivering hands-on assisted stretching sessions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Willingness to travel for in-person training (two days mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while delivering safe, effective assisted stretching sessions tailored to each member’s needs.
• Develop individualized stretch programs aligned with members’ goals, fitness level, and mobility needs.
• Build relationships with members, track progress, and help them set new wellness goals.
• Educate members on membership options and confidently recommend changes based on usage.
• Learn and execute the studio’s sales process to grow memberships and retention.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment per company standards.
• Support management to deliver outstanding member experiences and a positive atmosphere.
• Assist with studio operations and other duties as assigned.
