Assisted Stretch Coach/Personal Trainer

Healthtrax is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates Instructors to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is transforming the fitness industry.

Our Coaches will provide one-on-one assisted stretches and lead guided group stretching classes for our clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
2. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
3. Build Healthtrax membership and retain current clientele
4. Ensure client safety regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce policies and safety rules
5. Attend staff meetings and educational presentations
6. Handle member concerns when applicable
7. Assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales
8. Maintain a strong social media presence to support client membership and retention
9. Clean and maintain all equipment for client use

Qualifications:

• Passion for fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred background includes:
• Massage Therapist
• Personal Trainer
• Physical Therapist
• Pilates or Yoga Instructor
• Dance Instructor
• Experience providing hands-on training in a fitness/health environment
• Fitness certification required
• Ability to create a positive, inclusive environment
• Excellent communication skills and empathy
• Passion for connecting with people and helping achieve goals
• Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies

Member Expectations:

• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to improve clients' lives
• Valid, current personal training certifications from recognized organizations (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE) and CPR/AED certification
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication, time management, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Club Ready software preferred
• Proven experience in client acquisition and retention; 3+ years as a CPT
