Hearthstone, located in the heart of Pella, Iowa, is a WesleyLife Community for Healthy Living offering a comprehensive range of services including independent living, assisted living, memory support, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care across three distinct campuses. We feature an award-winning household model with 16 residents in each home engaging with one another and our greater community. A Typical Day for a Resident Assistant:

• You will be responsible for serving our residents in assisted living. Whether you are assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, cleaning, or helping with activities, our resident assistant can help our residents maintain an environment of belonging, community, and safety in their homes at Hearthstone.
