Job summary

Bristol Glen, a continuing care retirement community in Newton, NJ, is seeking an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time evenings. Earn $40.33–$50.33/hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Schedule is 2:45pm–11:15pm, every other weekend. Full benefits start day one, including health insurance and retirement match.

Requirements include an active NJ RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and prior long-term care or assisted living experience. BSN preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and observe residents to support their care.
• Deliver nursing care per care plans.
• Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and medications.
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with residents, families and care team.

Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN)
$5,000 sign-on bonus. Earn up to $50.33/hour as an Assisted Living RN at Bristol Glen in Newton, NJ. Full-time evenings, real benefits from day one, including health insurance and a retirement match.

• Pay: $40.33–$50.33/hour, based on experience
• $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time evening shift (paid per facility policy)
• Schedule: full-time evenings, 2:45pm–11:15pm, every other weekend required

What you'll do:

• Assess and observe residents on an ongoing basis to support their care
• Deliver nursing care in line with each resident's care plan
• Handle resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Keep accurate, timely documentation of care and medications
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well‑being

What you'll need:

Required:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
