Lorien Encore in Maryland is seeking an Assisted Living LPN to provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a warm, supportive setting. You will administer medications, monitor conditions, and communicate changes to the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Caring, patient, and empathetic approach to resident care.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25–50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities
