Job summary

Americare is seeking a Full-Time LPN for our West location. You will work Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing skilled nursing care in an assisted living setting. Compensation and benefits reflect experience and qualifications.

We value compassionate patient care, independent work capability, and strong communication with residents and families. NYS LPN license and CHHA experience are preferred, with supportive management and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active NYS LPN license is required.
• CHHA experience preferred.
• Home care experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong clinical skills and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed practical nursing care to residents in an assisted living setting.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, and care team to coordinate care.
