Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to lead the care team operations and deliver resident-centered care. Based in Plymouth, MA, you will oversee staffing, scheduling and daily neighborhood operations to ensure high-quality service.

You’ll recruit, hire and develop caregiving staff, partner with clinical teams on assessments and care planning, and monitor resident changes while maintaining regulatory compliance and budget considerations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care or healthcare.
• 1+ year supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of resident care practices and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of the caregiving team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and daily timekeeping reviews.
• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living neighborhood.
• Ensure delivery of Resident-Centered Care and ISP execution.
• Partner with clinical teams on assessments, care planning and resident needs.
• Monitor resident changes in condition and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with Activities and Dining to enhance resident experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Manage team performance, engagement, coaching and evaluations.
• Support department budget, labor management and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do
