Rock Creek of Ottawa is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) for Assisted Living. The role involves delivering routine medications, coordinating with nurses, and ensuring accurate dosing and timing, in a compassionate, patient-centered setting.

The position requires CNA and CMA certifications, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Schedule is Friday–Sunday nights; company benefits accompany dedicated teamwork and ongoing professional growth.

Salary: $18-$21

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6pm-6am

Duties:

• Deliver routine daily medications, either prescription or non-prescription, to patients.
• Coordinate with different nurses to assist with patient care and medications.
• Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications.
• Record medication dosages and times.
• Respond to patients call signals to identify patients’ needs.
• Perform all duties in compliance with federal, state and local regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

• CNA and Medication Aide Certificate (CMA) is required.
• Have a ““Customer Service”” attitude.
• Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
