Assisted Living Caregiver - Memory Care Unit PM & PT

Evergreen is now seeking compassionate, talented people to join the team in its Memory Care Unit.

Position Details:

  • Part-time hours: 3pm-9pm, every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
  • Location: Oshkosh, a pleasant residential neighborhood.

Qualifications and Preferences:

  • CBRF certification is PREFERRED.
  • Pick-up pay: an extra $4/hr.
  • Starting pay: $15.13-$16 per hour, based on experience, with annual wage increase opportunities.
  • Shift differentials: $2/hr for PM, $3/hr for NOC.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet resident needs promptly (call lights, personal requests, ADLs, etc.).
  • Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document accordingly.
  • Notify the unit nurse of any changes in resident’s condition or needs.
  • Document care and services thoroughly and promptly.
  • Maintain strong prioritization and organizational skills.
