The Green House model helps us to achieve better outcomes for our elders, with universal caregivers centering elders’ well-being and quality of life in their daily work.

Our elder campus in Key Center also includes our Crandall Center (senior center) building that includes Mustard Seed Café and program spaces for exercise and other enrichment activities and programs. The Village consists of three small homes under one long roof. Two are assisted living homes and one home provides memory care.
