Job summary

The Pavilion of East Tampa is seeking an enthusiastic Activity Director to lead engaging programs that enhance residents’ physical, social, and emotional well-being. You will help plan daily activities and special events, and foster a warm, inclusive atmosphere within the community.

Ideal candidates bring experience with seniors or activity coordination, plus strong communication and creativity to motivate participation and coordinate volunteers and materials for outings and programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience working with seniors or in activity coordination preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean record.
• Strong communication and creativity skills.
