Job Summary

This role involves developing training programs, managing team dynamics, and promoting the physical and mental well-being of all participants. The coach will work closely with athletes of various skill levels, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their personal best.

Duties

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the team.
• Conduct regular practices, ensuring that all athletes receive appropriate instruction and feedback.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect.
• Monitor athlete performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance skills.
• Manage behavior effectively during practices and competitions, employing behavior management techniques as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with athletes, parents, and other stakeholders regarding progress and expectations.
• Organize competitions and events, ensuring all logistical aspects are handled efficiently.
• Stay current with trends in sports coaching, physical education, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a comprehensive athletic program.

Experience

• Previous experience coaching wrestling.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and motivate athletes of all ages.
