Position Details

Title: Assistant Women's Soccer Coach

Function of Position: Responsible for leadership and oversight of all coaching duties for the Women’s Soccer team and assisting the Women’s Head Soccer Coach in all phases of a Division III program. This includes recruitment and retention of qualified student-athletes, administrative duties, and practice/game coaching.

Supervision: 12-month position reporting to the Women’s Head Soccer Coach.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Relevant soccer and coaching experience required.
• Recruiting experience preferred.
• Commitment to the welfare and development of student-athletes within NCAA Division III philosophy.
