Frostburg State University Athletics Department is seeking an Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach to support the Head Coach, assist in coaching and supervision of the women’s lacrosse team, and help monitor student-athlete academic progress. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and coaching experience; a master’s degree and collegiate coaching experience are preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of coaching or other related work experience.
• Previous competing experience at the collegiate level.
• Master’s degree and/or two years of collegiate coaching experience.

• Assist the Head Coach with coaching and supervision of the Women’s Lacrosse Team.
• Help monitor and advise student-athletes to ensure academic success.
• Assist in evaluation and recruitment of prospective student-athletes.
• Other related duties as assigned.
