Job summary

Albright College in Reading, PA, is seeking an Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach for a part-time role. The candidate will support day-to-day operations, assist the head coach with coaching, recruiting, and program development in alignment with the Athletics mission.

Responsibilities include on- and off-campus recruiting, skill development, game prep, posting team activities on social media, and assisting with scouting reports and fundraising as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and oral communication.
• Playing and/or coaching lacrosse necessary.
• Knowledge of social media and HUDL website preferred.
• Coaching experience at high school or college level.

Position Summary:

The candidate will help create a fully participating atmosphere aligning with the Athletic Department mission to recruit, retain and graduate athletes from all demographics. Albright is an NCAA Division III member institution as well as a member of the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC), and the Commonwealth Conference.

For this part-time position, assist head coach, with day-to-day operations of the program; coaching responsibilities; off campus and on campus recruiting; use of Front Rush; skill development of athletes; and all other duties as assigned by head coach.
