Compensation:

Earn $13.00 - $17.00+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission + monthly bonus). Top performers can earn more.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the salon manager with staff recruitment, training, and motivation
• Achieving sales and performance goals
• Managing daily operations and ensuring a clean, organized environment
• Building customer loyalty and resolving concerns
• Monitoring financial performance and safeguarding company assets

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in retail/customer service and supervisory roles
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for long periods
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
