Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Powell, OH is seeking an Assistant Wellness Director to guide clinical resident care services and deliver a 1440 experience. You will optimize performance and strengthen employee connections within our community.

You will lead a team, conduct IL/AL care conferences, ensure the right care at the right price with the right staff, and coordinate with families to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the state preferred.
• Assisted Living/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and overall accountability for your team and their performance.
• Revenue, Evaluations & Care Conferences for IL/AL: ensure right care at the right price with the right staff.
• Employee connection: lead to Employee First with clear expectations and feedback.
• Oversee resident and family care and communicate with families as appropriate.
• Understand and lead to the 1440 care standards.
