Veolia North America seeks an Assistant Manager Wastewater to oversee wastewater treatment and collection operations in Highland Lakes and Princeton Meadows regions. You will supervise daily activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead staff development while collaborating across departments to drive improvements.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years’ experience in water/wastewater management, with strong knowledge of treatment processes and safety practices.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience in a regulated utility.
• 7–10 years of experience in business management preferably water and/or wastewater utility management.
• Relevant industry experience in water treatment, hydraulics, or water/wastewater operations.

Mansioni

• Oversee operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment and collection systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.
• Lead and mentor staff with emphasis on training and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with departments for infrastructure improvements and operational enhancements.
• Manage assets and develop maintenance strategies for system care and improvements.
• Respond to customer complaints and inquiries related to wastewater services.
• Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Participate in emergency response planning and management.
