Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in managing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing products and materials
• Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse safety programs and procedures
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished in a timely manner
• Assist in the preparation of reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, productivity, and quality control
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
