SUPERVISED BYThis position is supervised by the Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Manager has the authority to direct the work of and evaluate the Assistant Warehouse Manager position. Comments are made through verbal and written instructions and by physical demonstration, as necessary. Evaluations are written and done at the conclusion of the introductory/training period and then annually.SUPERVISESThis position interacts with, engages and supervises all warehouse associate staff under the close supervision of the Warehouse Manager. As directed by the Warehouse Manager, the duties detailed below will be performed personally or through coordination with other group associates. Indirectly supervises all warehouse staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.
