Job Title: Assistant Volleyball Coach, Part-time, Temporary

Job Description: Assist with planning, organizing, instructing, supervising, and implementing aspects of the women's volleyball program as directed by the head coach.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement daily practices
• Monitor academic progress of student-athletes
• Report and update results promptly
• Recruit college-level talent for the program
• Ensure compliance with NJCAA and GTCC regulations
• Manage inventory of equipment and gear
• Transport and drive the team to away competitions
• Perform additional duties as required by the Head Coach
• Recruit for roster needs

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School diploma required
• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution preferred

Experience:

• Knowledge of volleyball rules, regulations, and skill development methods required
• Coaching or teaching experience preferred; collegiate coaching experience given greater consideration

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

• Strong volleyball knowledge required
• Coaching experience preferred

The following training must be completed within 30 days of hire, with annual refreshers:
