Job Description

An assistant volleyball coach supports the head coach in all aspects of the program, including player development, practice planning, and game strategy. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with training, motivating players, instructing game strategies, and conducting practices.
2. Identifying, evaluating, and recruiting potential student-athletes.
3. Mentoring players, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive team environment.
4. Managing team records, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as assigned by the head coach.
5. Participating in fundraising efforts and public relations activities.

Qualifications
