An established industry player is seeking a passionate Volleyball Coach for middle school students. This seasonal role involves developing the volleyball program, training athletes, and fostering a commitment to sportsmanship and teamwork. Reports to: High and/or Middle School Coach
Work hours and expectations:
On/off-campus responsibilities from 2:00 pm until 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. Coaching responsibilities may result in extended weekday or weekend commitments, depending on evening games and playoffs. All coaches are employed on a seasonal basis and continued employment is based on annual performance reviews conducted by the Athletic Director.
Primary responsibilities:
Working closely with the Athletic Department, the Middle School Coach of Volleyball is responsible for initiating various aspects of the Volleyball program, such as program development, training, and working with team members. The coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established by Fort Worth Christian and follow the mission and vision of FWC. FWC is a member of TAPPS.
