Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager at Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, OH. You will uphold visual standards in our home furnishings showroom and serve as a development role to grow merchandising skills within the Arhaus brand.

You will coordinate weekly store transfers and work with management to maintain inventory levels, ensuring the showroom reflects our heirloom-quality pieces and sustainable ethos across our product assortment.

• Experience with faux finishing or specialty painting.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
• Ability to move furniture independently around showroom.
• Ability to operate building tools and equipment.
• Comfort with using a ladder.
• College degree or related field experience (merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design).

In this exciting yet challenging Assistant Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products. It is a developmental role, allowing you to grow your merchandising skills and gain experience with the Arhaus brand.

In addition to creating the experience which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

Compensation

• Hourly/Non-Exempt
• If achieved, eligible for Quarterly Bonus
