Arhaus is seeking an Assistant Visual Manager in Park Meadows, Colorado to uphold top visual standards for our home furnishings showroom. The role offers growth in merchandising skills and brand experience within a collaborative team.

You will handle weekly store transfers, ensuring inventory levels are maintained and aligned with management expectations. The position requires travel as needed and flexibility with extended hours to meet showroom needs.

Qualifications

• College degree or job experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, and/or set/stage design.
• Experience with faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Intermediate computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Will travel as needed.
• Will work extended hours as needed.
• Must move furniture independently around the showroom.
• Must operate most building tools and equipment.
• Must feel comfortable using a ladder.

Job description

In this exciting yet challenging Assistant Visual Manager role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards in the home furnishings industry, while presenting a stage in which to display our products. It is a developmental role, allowing you to grow your merchandising skills and gain experience with the Arhaus brand.

In addition to creating the experience which is Arhaus Furniture, you will be responsible for weekly store transfers and working with management, ensuring that inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels.

Requirements

• Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.
• Intermediate computer literacy

Compensation

• Hourly/Non‑Exempt
• If achieved, eligible for Quarterly Bonus
