Our IT team has an immediate opening for an Assistant Vice President, Threat Operations, to report to our Pasadena office. This role will lead the Firm’s security operations function and own threat monitoring, detection, incident response, and digital forensics across the enterprise. This position reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and will work a hybrid work schedule.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $154,000 to $184,000. Colleagues may be eligible for additional, discretionary incentive compensation based on the colleague's and the firm's performance. Decisions regarding compensation are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on a variety of factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
