Job summary

Temasek seeks an Assistant Vice President, Investment (Americas-San Francisco) to identify and assess investment opportunities in companies across sectors and capital structures. You will perform deal evaluation, due diligence, industry and company analysis, and financial modeling to support the USA investment team.

Role requires monitoring market trends, renewing sector knowledge, and building relationships with companies and corporate partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related field of study.
• 5 years of experience in midsize or large investment banking or private equity with a global presence.
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis to support investment decisions; financial modelling and valuation analysis.
• Market research and use of third-party data sources including S&P Capital IQ or FactSet.
• Up to 10% domestic & international travel.

Responsibilities
