Ryan Specialty is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Client Support to lead operations, drive KPI-based improvements and ensure customer success across onboarding, retention, and advocacy. You will shape the client journey and align efforts with sales, product and marketing teams to maximize renewals and satisfaction.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 12–15 years in client support, and 5+ years in people management, preferably in an insurance brokerage setting.
The Assistant Vice President, Client Support will direct all phases of operations and process improvement through establishing rigorous KPIs and metrics with the goal of Client Support resolution. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and overall success of the customer journey to include adoption, advocacy, and retention strategies.

The target salary range for this position is $124,000.00 - $155,000.00 annually. The wage range for this role considers many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, licensure and certification, business needs, and market demands. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Full‑time roles are eligible for bonuses and benefits.
