Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be age 21 or older.
• VHSL required courses.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators.
• Ability to motivate students.
• Dependeny and punctuality required.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a high-quality athletic program stressing fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while maintaining safety standards.
• Monitor academic performance of team members to ensure eligibility.
• Fulfill designated coaching responsibilities within the athletic season.
• Schedule practices, competitions, meetings, travel, and other activities before/after school, in evenings and on weekends.
