Job summary

Qualifications
- Master's Degree with at least 2 years in youth detention, corrections, or community residential services, including 1 year supervising Juvenile offenders.
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years in youth detention, corrections, or community residential services, including 2 years supervising Juvenile offenders.
- US citizenship and 21 years of age at time of application.
Responsibilities
- Monitors work schedules of unit staff to ensure accountability.
- Assists in planning monthly unit meetings with Team Leader and staff.
- Participates in Quality of Life reviews to review confinement conditions and records.
- Provides analysis of unit activities and incidents to identify trends and improvements.
- Leads committees and recommends policy/program initiatives for JTDC mission.
