Job summary

Healthcare Realty Trust seeks an Assistant Treasurer to manage cash, liquidity, and banking relationships. You will support debt management, covenant compliance, and risk reporting from our Nashville headquarters in a full-time, in-office role.

The position offers bonus potential and opportunities to work with senior leadership on capital markets activities and investment of excess cash in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting required; MBA/CTP a plus.
• 5+ years in treasury, corporate finance, or banking.
• Strong cash management, debt instruments, and market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity across operating accounts.
• Support debt management, credit facilities, and covenant reporting.
• Maintain relationships with banks, rating agencies, and financial institutions.
• Oversee treasury operations including wire approvals, account administration, and reconciliations.
