Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED Certification
• First Aid Card
• Coaching Certificate
• NFHS Concussion Certificate
• NFHS Sudden Cardiac Arrest Certificate
• NFHS Heat Illness Certificate
• Knowledge of adolescent psychology
• Valid TB test
• Fingerprint clearance
• Keenan course completions
• All RJUHSD mandated certificates
• First Aid and CPR/AED must be hands-on training

Responsibilities

• Assist with Track & Field coaching across throws, sprints, hurdles, and pole vault.
• Ensure coaching philosophy aligns with Education Based Athletics and Inside Out Coaching Initiative.
• Final position and scope of assignment will be determined after the interview process.
