Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach and coach student-athletes while assisting the head coach.
• Assist in conducting and planning training and conditioning schedules.
• Assist with travel management/transportation set-up and meet operations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure athlete health and well-being.
• Recruit prospective student-athletes for all disciplines.
• Serve as a positive role model and mentor for student-athletes.
