Job summary

Keene State College is accepting applications for an Assistant Coach to support the Track and Field program. Reporting to the Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field, you will assist the teams throughout cross country, indoor and outdoor seasons with duties including recruiting and program administration.

You may also help with practice planning, travel arrangements, and equipment purchases, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Assist with planning in-season practice sessions and develop off-season training schedules.
• Collaborate with Strength and Conditioning coach on off-season conditioning programs.
• Assist head coach with administrative details including home meet management, travel arrangements, and equipment purchases.
• Recruiting and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning in-season practice sessions and developing an off-season training schedule and program.
• Work with the Strength and Conditioning coach on off-season conditioning programs.
• Assist the head coach with managing all administrative details associated with the program including home meet management, travel arrangements, and apparel/equipment purchases.
• Additional duties including recruiting, administration and other duties as assigned.
