Job summary

Keene State College is seeking an Assistant Coach for the Track and Field program, reporting to the Head Coach for Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field. The successful candidate will assist the teams throughout the cross country, indoor and outdoor seasons with recruiting, administration and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the planning of all in-season practice sessions and developing an off-season training schedule and program.
• Work with the Strength and Conditioning coach on off-season conditioning programs.
• Assist the head coach with managing all administrative details associated with the program including home meet management, travel arrangements, and apparel/equipment purchases.
• Additional duties including recruiting, administration and other duties as assigned.
