Bethel University in Saint Paul, Minnesota is seeking a Track and Field Coach to lead the horizontal jumps program while overseeing operations at the Student Recreation Center. This role involves player recruitment, program management, and player development responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree, coaching experience at NCAA or high school levels, and will contribute to a dynamic team atmosphere.

Reporting directly to the Head Track and Field Coach, you will join a collaborative team dynamic alongside other coaches and colleagues across campus. Your primary athletic focus will be leading and developing our horizontal jumps program. This unique role also includes overseeing the daily operations, programming, and student staffing of the Student Recreation Center (SRC).

This is a 40‑hour per week, 12‑month per year position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with flexibility for evenings and weekends, especially during the peak season of January through May.
