• Delegate duties, supervise implementation and evaluate assistants after the season.
• Maintain discipline, manage grievances and foster morale and cooperation.
• Assist athletic director with scheduling, transportation and event logistics.
• Prepare and file paperwork for injuries and ensure safety procedures.
• Oversee equipment storage, inventory and ensure proper use of facilities.
