Job summary

Inspired Education LLC is seeking a dedicated Assistant Teacher to support infant and toddler classrooms in a year-round, full-time role from 9/10 am to 5:30 pm. You will contribute to a positive, caring environment and implement lesson plans emphasizing physical, social, and emotional growth.

The position requires 1+ year of child care experience with under-5 children, strong communication, teamwork, and dependable professionalism.

• 1+ years of child care experience, specifically with children under the age of 5.
• Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact with students of all ages and skill levels.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

We are currently looking for a dedicated Assistant Teacher who is fun loving and a caring individual, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young children. Our teachers are highly responsible and highly reliable! We are looking for a positive role model for our toddlers! This is a year- round, full-time closing position with the hours of 9/10 am - 5:30 pm. We are here to provide our students with an exemplary early education!

We are specifically looking for individuals with prior experience working with infants and toddlers.

A teacher assistant is responsible for general classroom management and supervision, which includes the personal care, hygiene, and positive discipline of the children. The Teacher implements the lesson plans which includes activities for children that stress physical, social, and emotional growth and provides materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate, and use, both in learning activities and in active play. The Teacher prepares materials and classrooms for class activities and conducts all activities in a safe, organized, and productive manner.
