Job summary

The Learning Experience - Holland, MI is hiring an Assistant Teacher for our Infant/Toddler program. You will support a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment using our L.E.A.P. Curriculum and positive guidance practices.

Pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour based on experience and credentials. Full-time hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with flexible part-time shifts available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months childcare experience required.
• Must meet Michigan Licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Classroom safety and active supervision
• Implement L.E.A.P. Curriculum through play-based learning
• Daily care routines (diapering, meals, rest time)

Position Overview

We’re hiring an Assistant Teacher for our Infant/Toddler program. You’ll support a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment using TLE's L.E.A.P. Curriculum and positive guidance practices.

Pay & Schedule

$15.50-$18.50/hr (based on experience & credentials)

Full-time: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM-6:00 PM

Part-time: Flexible shifts available

Responsibilities
