Job summary

The Malvern School of Freehold is seeking an Assistant Teacher for the Toddler classroom to join our Freehold, New Jersey location. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday and supports our Early Childhood Education program in alignment with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.

You will help create a safe, healthy, and engaging classroom environment, communicate regularly with families, and contribute to curriculum design.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and be at least 18 years of age.
• At least 2500 hours of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours documented experience with young children.
• Demonstrated ability to design creative curriculum and engage young learners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing an Early Childhood Education program in line with school policies and Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and educational environment for the Toddler classroom.
• Communicate regularly with parents, in person and via technology, meeting or exceeding expectations.
