Job summary

Lightbridge Academy Bethlehem on Linden Street is seeking an Assistant Toddler Teacher to support Lead Toddler Teachers and help prepare toddlers for preschool and beyond.

You will inspire little ones through creative arts, music, and intentional activities, while celebrating milestones and fostering cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Strong communication with families and teamwork with colleagues are essential in our family-centered program.

Qualifications

• 1 year of prior experience in childcare is preferred.
• Organization, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Lead Toddler Teachers to prepare toddlers for preschool and beyond.
• Inspire toddlers through creative arts and music programs.
