What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Assist the site director with daily office management and administrative tasks
  2. Manage calendar and travel arrangements for the site director
  3. Coordinate fundraising operations, including database management and event planning
  4. Conduct research and support grant writing efforts
  5. Generate reports and provide logistical support for events and programs

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree required
  2. Experience in database management and administrative support
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and basic computer skills
  4. Strong writing, communication, and time management skills
  5. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. At least one year of professional experience in a relevant field
